Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Ascend Hockey’s cancellation policy is designed to account for the overhead costs associated with running camps and the varying number of players that sign up. The main points of the policy are as follows: All Star Team payments are non refundable. Cancellations More Than 30 Days Before the Camp: A full credit of the paid amount will be given, minus a non-refundable $50 fee. Cancellations Within 30 Days of the Camp: No refund will be issued, unless the participant finds a replacement player. Sickness or Injury: If a camper becomes sick or injured either before or during the camp, 50% of the unused portion of the tuition will be refunded as a credit for a future camp. A doctor’s note is required for verification. Unforeseen Events: In cases of natural disasters, pandemics, weather-related issues, facility damage, or other uncontrollable events, Ascend Hockey will not offer refunds. However, they will provide a credit for the amount paid or prorate the remainder of the affected camp. Right to Modify or Cancel Camps: Ascend Hockey reserves the right to change or cancel camps, including dates, times, or locations. Behavior Policy: Ascend Hockey has a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding bullying, substance abuse, weapons, or any illegal behavior. If a camper is expelled for any of these reasons, no refund will be provided. Refund Requests: All refund or credit requests must be submitted via email to pblamoureux@gmail.com. Requests made through staff or by phone will not be accepted. Allow 30 days for processing. This policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency for all participants.

Ascend Hockey Cancellation & Refund Policy Ascend Hockey’s cancellation policy is in place because each event requires significant overhead costs that are determined by the number of players who register. This structure forms the basis of our refund and cancellation policy. We aim to ensure fairness to all players and parents who have chosen Ascend Hockey events. Cancellations Made More Than 30 Days Before the Event Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the start of the scheduled event will receive a full credit of the amount paid (less a $50 non-refundable deposit). This credit may be applied to any future Ascend Hockey event. Cancellations Within 30 Days of the Event Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will not receive a refund or credit, unless the customer finds a replacement player approved by Ascend Hockey staff. No-Shows / Failure to Attend Failure to attend an Ascend Hockey event without prior notification will result in no refund or credit. Illness or Injury If an athlete becomes sick or injured before or during an event, no refund will be issued, unless a qualified replacement player is provided by the customer and approved by Ascend Hockey staff. Unforeseen Circumstances In the event of acts of God, man-made disasters, pandemics, weather-related conditions, facility damage, or rink cancellations, Ascend Hockey, LLC will not issue refunds. However, Ascend Hockey, LLC will provide a credit for the amount paid or prorate the remaining portion of the affected event. Event Changes Ascend Hockey, LLC reserves the right to cancel or modify events, dates, times, or locations as necessary. Behavior Policy Ascend Hockey, LLC enforces a zero-tolerance policy regarding: Bullying, hazing, or uncontrollable behavior Alcohol, tobacco, drugs, or controlled substances Weapons of any kind Any behavior deemed illegal or inconsistent with Ascend Hockey standards If an athlete is expelled due to any of the above, no refunds or credits will be provided.
